Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS

1. We only accept return of wrong items that are sent by DDBaby  (such as wrong size/wrong colour/defect items). Please contact our customer service within 3 days upon receiving your parcel. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. Your item must be in the sealed or original packaging.
3. Please send us the picture of your package and tracking number once you send the package.

REFUNDS

1. Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you.
2. If your return is approved, we will issue a store credit into your account.

SHIPPING

1. You shall be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
